Wengen is one of the most popular ski resorts in Europe . The resort is connected to Grindenwald via trails and lifts and they share Kleine Scheidegg mountan pass and is the largest ski area in the Interlaken area. Likewise the area is home to the famous and breathtaking mountains of Eiger, Monch, Jungfrau and Lauberhorn.
The resort is ideal for intermediates with of over 130 miles of shared slopes with Grindenwald. Advanced and expert skiers will find the only black runs around the trails of Lauberhorn. However, you may find some challenging off-piste terrain off of Eiger. Heli skiing is also an option for advanced skiers.
Wengen has many off-mountain activities and quaint shops.
