If you are an avid skier, then Vail is a must experience destination. Vail is consistently ranked as a the top five resort by Ski Magazine.  The resort offers awesome advanced on and off piste terrain, lift infrastructure, shopping, numerous apres ski options, nightlife and restaurants. 

The mountain has three distinct areas. The front has a plethora trails that are appropriate for beginner and intermediate skiers. Vail is known for its back bowls that are appropriate for advanced skiers and a great way to get away from the crowds.  The third area is blue sky basin. This area offers numerous backcountry trails, tree skiing and advanced terrain.

Although you will never get bored with Vail’s enormous and varied terrain. You can ski the other Vail properties on your Vail lift ticket.  These resorts include Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone.
