If you are looking for a laid back Canadian ski adventure, then Big White is the resort for you.  The ski area is located in British Columbia 35 miles from the city of Kelowna.

The resort offers terrain for skiers of all abilities. Likewise with 2,655 acres of skiable terrain, Big White lives up to its name.  The mountain is also known for its “snow ghosts”.  These are snow blasted trees that appear like spirits on the mountain.

Big White has an abundance of ski-in ski-out lodging and a village with about 15 eating establishments.  Other activities include cross country skiing, dog sledding and snowmobiling.
