Big Sky is the largest ski resort in the United States and the second largest in North America.  With 5,750 skiable acres, Big Sky has something to offer skiers of abilities. Advanced skiers will migrate to Lone Mountain, where there is a plethora of chutes and cliffs to test their skills.

Big Sky offers all types of lodging and the mountain village has adequate amount of restaurants, shops and watering holes to accommodate most skiers.  The mountain is 48 miles from Yellowstone National Park, an ideal destination for a non-ski day.

The mountain averages over 400 inches of snowfall and combined with short lift lines makes Big Sky the ideal resort for skiers in search of powder.
