Located in the Swiss Alps, The Andermatt Holiday Region includes six villages and is known for consistent snow, and by Swiss standards short lift lines and small crowds.
The area features two mountains, Natschen and Gemstock. The resort has terrain for skiers of all abilities. However, beginners and intermediates will prefer the pistes on Natschen and advanced skiers will enjoy Gemstock.
There are many lodging options in the six villages of Andermatt, Hospental, Realp, Goschenen, Wassen and Gurtnellen. All of the villages feature restaurants with traditional Swiss cuisine.
